BEFORE WE BEGIN…

Each East Rose client starts the journey with a custom Vision Board. This presentation walks through the creative direction for your invitations and signage - highlighting plans for typography, color, pattern and more. This Vision Board is the start of what we call your EVENT BRANDING.

This event branding manifests in the form of your invitations and signage, creating a personalized and professional experience for your guests.

Invitations

YOUR GUESTS FIRST IMPRESSION

Set the tone for your wedding with beautifully designed invitations.

  • From vision board, to invitations in your hands, it is a NINE WEEK PROCESS

    It is recommended to begin the process at least 5 months before the wedding date. This allows for the full 9-week design & production timeline, 3 weeks for client assembly and mailing, and for guests to receive invitations 8 weeks before the wedding date.

  • For 100 invitation sets with upgrades, clients typically spend between $3,250-4,500

    Packages begin at $2,775 for 100 invitation suites, which includes an upgrade minimum.

Signage

BRING YOUR DAY TO LIFE WITH EXPRESSIVE SIGNAGE

Carry your invitation designs into your wedding day for a fully branded, cohesive experience! Signage is an endless world of possibilities when it comes to materials and executions. Consider it a perfect way to enhance your wedding design and add a custom touch.

  • From design week, to signage delivered to your event, it is a NINE WEEK PROCESS

    It is recommended to begin the process at least 2 months before the wedding date. This allows for the full 9-week design & production timeline, and for everything to arrive for your wedding date.

  • For 150 guest events with signage upgrades, clients typically spend between $5,250-6,750

    Packages begin at $3,685 for 150 guests, which includes an upgrade minimum.

01.

PREP

A customized questionnaire is sent your way, upon booking. ready for all your design thoughts and able to be completed over time as we lead up to your vision board week.

Based on your questionnaire, a custom vision board is created, outlining the plan for your typography, visual elements, color palette, and more.

02.

DESIGN

The vision board will set us up, for creating your designs! You’ll receive a presentation detailing each element of your suite.

In the following weeks, we will review & revise until designs are approved

03.

PRODUCTION

Final information will be gathered, print proofs sent for approval, and the printing invoice paid. At this point, your items will be in production.

Items will be delivered 3 weeks after going to print. Invitations will arrive ready to be assembled. Signage will be delivered to your event.
